- Culinary School graduate
- Responsible for multiple daily bread production, familiar with (Biga and Poolish)
- Responsible for a 5 – 6 item dessert menu, including garnishes and sauces
- Knowledge of soups, stocks, and sauces
- Receiving of deliveries
- Approximately 45 – 55 hours per week, May thru October, Housing Available
