Our Chowder

For many years the Island Natives  have known that the secret to the best chowder comes from their native quahog, a thick shelled, round clam found on the American Atlantic coast.  E.J. Harvey has been making chowder for more than 20 years, and his award winning recipe has been featured on the Martha Stewart show.

Our chowder has won “Best Chowder” more times than we can count in numerous contests, including those held by the Nantucket Chowder Festival, Cape Cod Life and The Inquirer and Mirror.

Serve The SeaGrille’s Chowder at home

After 16 years of making and perfecting chowder on Nantucket Island, Chef E.J. Harvey brought his award-winning chowder out of the restaurant and made it available year-round. No matter where you are located, the SeaGrille’s Famous chowder can be ordered online and shipped to you ready to serve, frozen in a cooler —  just thaw and heat.

Chowder is sold frozen in quart containers, which contain approximately 6 servings each. Shipping not available.
